• Provide, operate, and improve the Sellable platform.
• Process transactions and manage your subscription or credit balance.
• Generate AI-powered visual assets from the content you upload.
• Send transactional emails (e.g., account confirmations, credit alerts).

• Monitor for abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your uploaded product images to train AI models without your explicit consent.

3. Uploaded Content

Images and files you upload are stored securely and used solely to fulfill your requested AI generation jobs. Generated outputs are associated with your account and accessible only to you unless you choose to share them. We retain uploaded source files for a limited period to support re-generation and version history, after which they may be deleted according to our data retention schedule.

4. Sharing of Information

We share your information only in limited circumstances:

• Service providers — third-party vendors who help us operate the platform (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, AI inference providers). These parties are contractually obligated to protect your data.
• Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
